  • When Booking Party Favors, Please Send Your Full Name, Phone Number, Email Address, The Specific Items You Would Like, The Theme & The Quantity Of Each

  • Deposits Are HALF Your Total

  • PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR EVENT DATE! Send Us The Date 2 Weeks Before Your Event Date 

  • Date Changes That Are Needed BEFORE The Date Given Are A $50 Additional Fee Due To Inconvenience 

  • Rush Fees Are $100 Plus Your Order Total 

  • Please Note That I Work In The Order That Order's Are Received As Well As The Date They Are Due. If You Would Like Your Order Rushed, It's A $50.00 Fee As Well As The Total for Your Order. When Designs For Party Favors Are Presented, You Can Make Changes Twice. After 2 Changes, There Is A $10.00 Fee Per Change. Once Designs Are Approved, There Can Be No Changes At All. That Includes Designs AND Flavors. Pictures Are An EXTRA Fee ($5.00). There Are NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS! Funds Can Be Used For Up To 3 Months. After 3 Months, Funds Are Voided. When Designs Are Presented, Please Respond In A Timely Manner. Please Note That You're NOT My Only Client So Please Please Please Respond In A Timely Fashion (2 Hours Max) Or I Can't Guarantee That Your Order Will Be Ready In Time For Your Event. 

  • Shipping Disclaimer: Due To Covid19----- Please Note That We Will Be Transitioning To Shipping Only As Of November 1st, 2020. Please Book Accordingly. USPS, UPS, DHL And FEDEX Delivery Companies Are Delayed. Please Book Accordingly. I Am NOT Responsible For Shipments Once Shipped. (Please Call The Company That Your Tracking Number Is From If You Have A Damaged Or Lost Package) You Will Receive A Tracking Number. Please Pay The Invoice ONLY If You Agree To These Terms. Due To All Items Being Customized Or Personalized, THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS!!! 

  • ALL Food Items Are Purchased When Assembly Begins. ALL Dates Are Checked Before Purchasing To Ensure That All Items Are Fresh. We Do Not Open ANY Of Our Items Sold. Everything Is Covered With Each Clients Approved Design. We Are NOT Responsible For Food Poisoning And/Or Deaths Due To Party Favors Being Covered In Its Original Packaging With Custom Designs On Glossy Printer Paper. 

  • Please Pay Your Invoice Payments On Time. If You Get To A Week Of Non-Payment, There Will Be An Additional $50 Fee Added Due To Inconvenience. We Want To Give You The Best Event Possible & We Aren't Able To If We Have To Order Items & They Arrive Late So PLEASE Pay Your Invoice On Time. 

  • There Will Be An Additional $25 Fee If We Have To Send An Invoice Twice. ALL Invoices Are Cancelled After 24 Hours.

  • Please Note There Are NO REFUNDS! NO EXCEPTIONS!
